In 2016, Madhu Group acquired Dhruva Technologies, a specialist in Maintenance Free Earthing and Lightning Solutions, increasing its turnover 4.5 times since the acquisi­tion. The company serves major cli­ents including the Indian Air Force, Indian Army, ISRO, National Remote Sensing Centre, and Bharat Electron­ics, and has pioneered Lightning Ar­resters and Maintenance Free Earth­ing Solutions for defense and space sectors. Dhruva Technologies oper­ates India’s only successful Lightning Detection and Early Warning Sys­tem, likely the only one in South Asia.

ConQuerent partners with global electrical leaders including Lauritz Knudsen (formerly L&T), Siemens, Eaton, CG Power, and Schneider. The group has received the National Award for Outstanding Entrepre­neurship from the Ministry of MSME (2013), another National Award from PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2016), and an Internation­al Award from Philip Kotler Inc. for Compact Substation Design Innova­tion.

Smart Manufacturing

ConQuerent manufactures Electrical Control Panels ranging from 400V to 33000V, including both Medium and Low Voltage Panels, as well as Compact Substations upto 33000V, 4000kVA.

Over the past 18 months, the company has digitalized its opera­tions, from production processes and dashboards to performance tracking, replacing paper with sim­ple digital inputs that junior super­visors can manage. This workflow covers everything from customer purchase order receipt to payment reminders, making every step fully traceable. Additionally, the company is also developing AI-driven solu­tions, expected to launch within six months, with the potential to trans­form the industry.

Global Competence

MadhuGroup adheres to both Indian and International Electrical Stand­ards by tracking global practices across the US, Europe and Far East. While conditions like temperature, humidity, pollution and air quality create variations, Indian Standards remain largely comparable to Eu­rope, America, and Southeast Asia.

Today, the ConQuerent exports and competes with players from Germany, Europe, China, and the US, supported by three design patents, two for Compact Substations and one for an Earthing solution, which give it a competitive advantage, and in some cases, allow it to outperform global companies.
