BEML has launched its upgraded excavator and loader offerings, signalling a significant step in the quest to enable India's next generation of infrastructure.
Launched today from BEML's Kolar Gold Fields, the upgraded BE220G hydraulic excavator and BL9H backhoe loader are a response to the increasing demand for a reliable, fuel-efficient, high-performance construction equipment.
The upgraded excavator and loader models have been completely redesigned by the in-house R&D department, with a focus on upgraded hydraulics to enhance digging accuracy and responsiveness. The BE220G machine is a mid-range machine that offers users enhanced productivity in both construction and mining applications. The BL9H machine has been developed for smooth operation in all urban and rural conditions.

Both machines, as part of BEML's sustainability efforts, have fuel-efficient engines that meet the current emission norms. Operational costs and environmental impact is significantly reduced. The operator cabs have been redesigned to provide better visibility, comfort, and control of the machine, enabling operators to work for longer hours with less fatigue - a big advantage in the fast-paced infrastructure industry.
Maintenance of both machines has been improved to pause more frequently for service so that equipment uptime is increased - so valuable in large-scale projects when time is money. These machines represent BEML’s commitment to the “Make in India” and Aatmanirbhar Bharat mission, strengthening the country's position in the global construction equipment space.
The launch of these upgraded excavator and loader models underlines BEML’s strategic vision to lead the charge in building the nation’s future infrastructure with robust, homegrown technology.
