
Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd., a company renowned for producing high-precision parts for the aerospace sector, announced the opening of two new manufacturing facilities at KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru, Karnataka: Unit 3 and Unit 4. The company's founders officially opened the facilities.
In addition to the current Peenya unit, the new precision engineering facility (Unit 3) is roughly 33,000 square feet in size and will be used for the production of high-precision systems and components for the oil and gas, aerospace, and nuclear industries.
The 30,000-square-foot fabrication facility (Unit 4) will be used to fabricate self-elevating platforms for the domestic nuclear segment and engine stands for LEAP engines and other aero-engine applications. These two facilities have increased Unimech Aerospace's overall manufacturing space to almost 2,43,000 square feet.

Unitech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited was founded in 2016 and produces intricate tools such as mechanical assemblies, electro-mechanical systems, and parts for the manufacture of aeroengines and airframes.
The company offers "build to print" and "build to specifications" options for complex product manufacture, and it is an engineering solutions supplier.
On the BSE, Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd.'s shares closed at Rs 944.00, down Rs 5.00 or 0.53%.
