Cooper & Sinfonia Unveil India’s First CPCB IV+ Certified LPG Genset

A major strategic alliance has been formed between Sinfonia Technology, a well-known Japanese pioneer in advanced energy solutions, and Cooper Corporation, a prominent Indian maker of engines, gensets, and tractors. Decades of engineering experience, a long history, and a common goal of promoting renewable energy innovation are all combined in this partnership.

The relationship begins with the introduction of the Daimon Genset, the first 10 kVA LPG genset in India to receive CPCB IV+ certification, which sets a new standard for environmentally friendly power production. The genset, which is only produced by Cooper Corporation, will be sold throughout India and exported globally, demonstrating the dedication of both businesses to technological advancements, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency.

In keeping with Cooper Corporation's historical roots in Satara, Maharashtra, the COOPER SINFONIA genset, model CSG-0010L-IN, will be marketed under the names Daimon in India and Satara in Japan. This cutting-edge genset offers a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly option to conventional diesel gensets and grid power by combining excellent performance, low operating costs, and ease of maintenance. Its use of LPG as fuel guarantees a low environmental impact while optimizing operating effectiveness.
