Adani Solar is celebrated for a major milestone of over 15,000 megawatts (MW) of solar module shipments in both domestic and international markets, thereby achieving this milestone first and fastest among Indian manufacturers. Out of this, 10,000 MW were utilized in India, and 5,000 MW were exported globally, which is equal to 28 million modules that can cover an area of almost 7,500 football fields.
Approximately 70% of these modules were produced using solar cells made in India, which supports Adani's resolve to the "Make in India" and "Atmanirbhar Bharat" initiatives. The enterprise is going to increase its production capacity from 4,000 MW to 10,000 MW by the next financial year and is setting the target of another 15,000 MW for its future shipments.
Moreover, Adani Solar is the only Indian company that appears in the top ten worldwide solar module producers according to the report by the research firm Wood Mackenzie that anticipates India’s solar manufacturing capacity to exceed 125 GW by 2025.

Adani Solar is the largest solar module distribution network in India and operates in 550 districts through 35 exclusive channel partners. The company's works have electrified 5 million homes, generated 2,500 green jobs, and led to the avoidance of 60 million tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.
Adani Solar is thus energizing India's march towards energy self-reliance and eco-friendly progress by providing more than half of the modules for the government’s Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. Their efforts are in line with India's target of 500 GW clean energy capacity by 2030.
