In 2019, the firm acquired Grosvenor Chemicals (now JT Grosvenor), a liquid toll-formulation site in Huddersfield, UK. Finally, in 2021, the firm diversified into biologicals and crop nutrition segments and finally consolidated all ventures under JT Crop in 2025.
