9DECEMBER 2025DASSAULT EXPANDS FALCON 6X MANUFACTURING PACT WITH DYNAMATICSUBROS EXPANDS RAIL PRESENCE WITH NEW HVAC MAINTENANCE DEALDassault Aviation has entered into a new strategic manufacturing pact with Dynamatic Technologies Limited (DTL) for the full rear fuselage assembly (Section 5) of the Falcon 6X, the firm's latest long-range business jet.Subros has obtained a fresh contract from Indian Railways for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Cab HVAC Units worth Rs. Approximately 52.18 crore in a recently finished tender (scheduled for completion in three years).The company is already a reliable provider of Rail Driver Cabin & Coach Air-Conditioning System(s) to Indian Railways.Through this business, the company has now broadened its scope to include service contracts alongside providing air-conditioning systems to Indian Railways. Currently, the cumulative order intake of the company for the railways segment this financial year stands at Rs. 86.35 crore approximately (for maintenance and supplies).The agreement represents a significant advancement in the collaboration between the two firms and comes after Dynamatic's successful industrialization and manufacturing of the rear fuel tank, which is currently being supplied to Dassault.This broadened focus enhances Dassault Aviation's enduring dedication to the Government of India's Make in India program. It further enhances the partnership formed in January 2024, where Dynamatic commenced the production of flight-critical aerostructures for the Falcon 6X.With this new mandate, Dynamatic assumes responsibility for providing the complete rear fuselage, reinforcing its position as an essential supplier in Dassault's aerospace supply chain and enhancing India's expertise in high-precision aviation manufacturing.Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies Limited, remarked on the milestone, stating, "This contract to produce the complete rear fuselage of the Falcon 6X signifies a major enhancement of our partnership with Dassault Aviation. The business provides a diverse array of products, encompassing complete HVAC systems, compressors, condensers, and evaporators for both passenger and commercial automobiles. Subros supplies essential components for vehicles to major Indian automotive manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, and Tata Motors.Alongside its primary air-conditioning products, Subros has broadened its scope to include thermal solutions for electric vehicles (EVs), emphasizing battery cooling and climate management systems.The firm has forged robust alliances, notably with Sanden Corporation from Japan, a worldwide frontrunner in automotive air-conditioning innovation.
