9NOVEMBER, 2025ThecompanyisreportedinafilingwiththeregulatortohaveclincheddealsonOctober24toprovide220MW,210MW,and140MWsolarmodulestothreewidelyknownIndiancompaniesengagedinthedevelopmentandoperationofrenewablepower.ThesepurchasesaretheproofofWaaree'sdeeppenetrationintheIndiansolarmarket,whichisincreasingatarapidpace.Inasimilarmanner,anentirelyownedsubsidiaryintheU.S.,WaareeSolarAmericas,hassecureda122MWsolarmoduleorderfromafrontlinedeveloperandoperatorofutility-scalesolarandenergystorageprojectsintheUnitedStates.ThisoverseasagreementisanindicationofWaaree'soutreachbeyondtheborderanditscapabilitytoservelarge-scaleprojectsinothermarketsthanIndia.Thecompanyexplainedinitsdisclosurethattheyarenottransactionsamongrelatedparties,andnopromotergroupentitieshaveanyinterestsintheawardingcompanies.Allmoduleswillbedeliveredunderregularcommercialterms,andnospecialconditionshavebeendisclosed.Withthesefreshorders,thecompany,WaareeEnergies,notonlyreaffirmsherpivotalroleinthesun-powermarketbutalsoenhancesthereliabilityoftheglobalrenewableenergytransitionbyputtingforwardthehigh-gradeandperformance-efficientmodulesthatareneeded.WAAREE ENERGIES BAGS MAJOR SOLAR MODULE ORDERS IN INDIA, USWaareeEnergiesLimitedisacompanythathasmadepublicitsambitionsforupscalingthroughaseriesofsizeablesolarmoduleorderswithclientsathomeandabroad,echoingitsstatusasaleaderinthecleanenergysector.NTPC, EIL PARTNER TO DEVELOP COAL-TO-SNG CLEAN ENERGY PLANTInasignificantadvancementtowardcleanerenergy,NTPCLimited,India'slargestintegratedpowerproducer,hasenteredintoapartnershipwithEngineersIndiaLimited(EIL)toconstructaCoal-to-SyntheticNaturalGas(SNG)facility.ThiseffortisamajorstepforwardforNTPCinitseffortstoshiftthefocusofpeakhourdispatchandstabilizethegridusinginnovativefueltechnologies.TheplantwillutilizethehighashIndiancoalfromNTPC'scaptiveminesandconvertitintoSyntheticNaturalGas,acleanerfuelforNTPC'sgas-basedpowerstationsandin-situpowergeneration.TheprojectisalsopartofIndia'slargermissiontodevelopcleanertechnologiesincoalandreducedependenceonimportedfuels.Thekeytechnologyoftheprojectiscoalgasification,whichisperceivedasasustainablemethodforutilizingindigenouscoalwhilereducingenvironmentalemissions.TheR&DorganizationofNTPC(NETRA)isleadingtheinitiativeunderthe"GreeningtheCoal"visionofNETRA,withemphasisoncarboncaptureandutilizationtechnologiesasapartofthevision.ThepartnershipisalsoamajorsteptowardsestablishingproprietarysolutionsforcleanenergytosecureIndia'sfutureenergylandscape.NTPCiscurrentlyresponsibleforapproximately25percentofIndia'selectricityneeds-NTPChasaninstalledcapacityof84gigawatts(GW),withanadditional30.9GWindevelopment(including13.3GWofnewrenewables).NTPCintendstoreachitsgoalof60GWrenewablecapacityby2032andcontributetoIndia'sNetZerocommitment.Inadditiontopowergeneration,NTPCisactivelyexpandingintoe-mobility,greenhydrogen,waste-to-energyandnuclearpoweraspartofitsstrategytotransformintoadiversifiedcleanenergyplayer.
