The company has disclosed that the first of the two kilns has been fired and operations are being ramped up gradually.The Ghugus project was executed on a turnkey basis by Lloyds Engineering Works Limited and has been completed PG ELECTROPLAST SIGNS MOU FOR MAJOR GREENFIELD PROJECT IN MAHARASHTRANext Generation Manufacturers Pvt Ltd, a division of PG Electroplast, has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra government to invest 1,000 crores in a new greenfield project at Kamargaon, Ahilyanagar, which will significantly strengthen India's manufacturing sector.The agreement was made official in presence of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Industries Minister Uday Samant, Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar and other senior State government officials, at the Sahyadri State Guest House in Mumbai. Under the state's Magnetic Maharashtra initiative, the facility will manufacture air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and related products, with an emphasis on advanced manufacturing.In total, the investment expects to create over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs and strengthen India's overall consumer electronics ecosystem in western India.Chief Minister Fadnavis highlighted the state's commitment to industrial growth, saying, "Signing these MoUs is just the beginning.
