9DECEMBER 2025SUMADHURA GROUP UNVEILS 600-CR PLAN FOR NEW INDUSTRIAL PARKINSOLATION ENERGY SPEEDS UP WORK ON 4.5 GW SOLAR CELL PROJECTSumadhura Group is set to make a strong move in Telangana's industrial space after signing an MoU with the state government to invest 600 crore in a 100-acre, grade A+ industrial park.Announced today at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 in Bharat Future City, the project supports the state's drive to build a $3 trillion economy by 2047.The upcoming park is being developed as a next-generation industrial ecosystem designed to attract global manufacturers.Ramarao Kalakuntla, vice-chairman, Sumadhura Group, said: "Our upcoming industrial park is being envisioned to meet global benchmarks in design, technology and Insolation Energy (INA Solar) reports progress on its 4.5GW solar-cell factory and an 18,000 metric tons per year aluminum-frame plant in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. The tunnel-oxidation passivated contact (TOPCon) G12R solar cell lines has civil and pre-engineered construction work in progress. The company has already ordered major equipment and even made advance payments to the suppliers.operational efficiency, enabling enterprises to scale with greater speed and certainty. Supported by Telangana's progressive and pro-growth policy environment, this investment will attract high-value industries, generate thousands of jobs and catalyse meaningful economic impact."The development will feature plug-and-play facilities for aerospace, automobile, pharmaceutical and e-commerce companies. As operations expand, it is expected to create about 8,000 direct jobs over the next two years, adding momentum to Telangana's growing industrial base.Vamshi Karangula, vice-president, industrial and ware-housing, said: "Telangana is steadily emerging as a preferred destination for global manufacturing, and this MoU enables us to contribute meaningfully to that journey. Supported by Telangana's strong logistics network, central connectivity, cargo infrastructure and ease of movement, we aim to attract quality enterprises and create substantial employment."Built to match global standards, the park will include modular plug-and-play units, scalable manufacturing blocks and dedicated logistics zones, all designed for efficiency and sustainability. The developer has already delivered more than 54 projects totaling 13 million square feet, with another 40 million square feet in the pipeline, and plans to invest around 10,000 crore by FY28 to drive further expansion. Utility-design packages are at the last negotiation stage and long-lead item is being ordered to ensure that the project is on time. At the aluminum-frame unit, civil works are going on and foundations are being laid towards the main plant. The machines have already been ordered and advance payments made on major machines required to set up the frames.Meanwhile, Insolation Energy is projecting that its 4.5 -GW PV module production plant in Sawarda, Jaipur will be in full operation by January 2026. Out of the capacity that is planned, 3GW is already in commercial production; the rest of 1.5GW is expected to be online by the targeted date. The company has attained Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification on its G12R panels to 635 Wp and ALMM approval is likely to be forthcoming. It has a strong order book that supports the expansion. The company has 1.75GW of contracts of supplying solar-modules and 625MW of EPC project orders. According to industry observers, the investment in both cell and module capacity, as well as in-house production of aluminum frames, may enhance the resilience of the supply-chain and reduce the time to market.Insolation Energy seems to be constructing with its rapid-paced civil works and equipment transactions.
